Alexandra has been a qualified Sound Therapist for the last 10 years and a Tutor for the College of Sound Healing and offers Sound Therapy and Healing as a complementary therapy, as well as teaching courses and workshops on the subject, specializing in using the Voice as a healing tool. 

In this episode, Alexandra opens up about her journey from Opera to Sound Therapy and the importance of being authentic and aligned with your truest desires. She speaks on her role as a sound therapy trainer and her approach to balancing the science and theory with the intuitive and spiritual aspects of this healing modality.

About Alexandra Rigazzi-Tarling

 

Alexandra is a professionally trained Opera Singer with over 20 years international performance and teaching experience. She trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and the Zurich Opera Studio studying the workings of the human voice and its effect on the body and mind.


Alexandra has been a qualified Sound Therapist for the last 10 years and a Tutor for the College of Sound Healing and offers Sound Therapy and Healing as a complementary therapy, as well as teaching courses and workshops on the subject, specializing in using the Voice as a healing tool.


Alexandra has taught singing and a system she calls Singing Therapy and Voice Reconnection®, throughout Europe as a workshop leader, working to promote the many benefits of singing for stress relief and other conditions such as Dystonia, Asperger's, and Dementia.
