Procedure: You will meet Simone at pre-scheduled times.

Changes: Re-scheduling or cancellations of appointments should be done at least 48 hours before planned date, otherwise full session will be forfeited (or not; at Simone's discretion).

Extra Time: You may contact Simone between scheduled sessions in matters of urgency, if something arises that needs attention before next session or if you want to share a success.

Termination: In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement, sessions may be paused. No refund will be given to client after 30-day cooling off period, for early termination.

Confidentiality: Simone recognises that anything you share with them is regarded as confidential, whether it is business or personal information. Simone undertakes not to at any time, either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information that the clients shares with them during their sessions.

Nature of Sessions: You are aware that these sessions are in no way to be construed as counselling or any type of psychotherapy. You enter into these 1-1 sessions with the full understanding that you are responsible for creating their own results. Results are not guaranteed.
