A structured 12-week embodied voice practice with weekly 10–15 minute guided sessions and three live integration calls. Participants are invited to complete brief pre- and post-course surveys as part of the research collaboration.

This founding round is offered in collaboration with the Institute of Noetic Sciences. While the training is led independently by Simone Niles, participant data will contribute to broader research exploring intuition and embodied coherence.

Each week includes one 10–15 minute guided audio practice. Participants are encouraged to engage with this practice daily for the duration of that week to build consistency and measurable impact.
