As a child, I often felt the need to stay quiet—afraid to speak up, afraid of confrontation. But in the quiet, I found something unexpected: a sense of freedom when I sang. Perched in my favourite tree after school, I’d sing not to be heard, but to feel—something deeper, something true.

What I didn’t realise then was that those moments were more than a coping mechanism—they were soul medicine. My voice became a doorway back to myself. A way to move emotions, access wisdom, and feel connected to something greater.

Over time, I’ve come to see the voice as a portal—not just for expression, but for evolution. When we give ourselves permission to sound, feel, and express authentically, we awaken the parts of us that have been hidden, silenced, or forgotten.

Now, I guide others to walk that path. To shed the old stories. To come home to their essence. To remember that healing isn’t about fixing—it's about returning to wholeness.
